One kitchen.
One obsession.
Choco Heaven began in a two-hob home kitchen in Bengaluru with a single question: what would happen if a bakery refused to compromise on chocolate — while also refusing to compromise on being 100% pure vegetarian?
The answer, seven years on, is what you taste in every bite. We import our chocolate direct from a small cooperative in Wieze, Belgium. We temper it by hand, every morning. We bake every piece to order — never a day early. And our kitchen has never handled a single egg, gelatin capsule, or meat product.
Six pieces. That's the entire menu. Because doing six things very, very well — in a strictly pure-veg kitchen — is harder, and more rewarding, than doing sixty things forgettably.
